Refund and cancellation policy

Cancellations required in writing no later than 7 days prior to event, to dbilbao@itpeditorial.com.
Refunds will be granted with a 10% administrative fee deduction. No refunds granted 7 days or less before the event. Please allow 30 to 45 days for refunds to be reflected. We accept substitutions, in writing, up to 24 hours before event date.
